DC Coffee Products Shipping Policies
The processing and shipping of your order policies and procedures
Your order is processed and entered into our data base the same day it is taken. Coffee brewing equipment and parts are then entered at the factory and shipped directly to you, saving additional shipping and handling charges. This is standard for all of our equipment manufacturers we carry. Cappuccino and Granita mixes are shipped from our manufactures either the east coast or west coast facilities. Shipping on these products is only an estimate. Charges may be higher due to FOB warehouse to ship-to zip code.
We strive to ship UPS, whenever possible, and occasionally RPS(Fed Ex). When shipping to locations not available to UPS like military APO/FPO installations or any USA territories, we ship US Postal Service.
We ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico using UPS 2nd day.
Our equipment prices include free UPS ground shipping, for equipment orders not covered by UPS regular ground, shipping is extra.
We now ship to Canada. Please Contact Us for the possibility of shipping to you outside the USA to Canada. Our system will figure an estimate. Final freight charges could be more and will have to be covered before shipping.
For orders that need to be rushed, we offer UPS red(overnight), UPS blue(second day) and UPS third day delivery. Orders are subject to weight, size of box and ship to zip code.
Priority orders should be in our office before 11a central to enable us to ship your order out. After that time we can not guarantee the order will ship out that day.
Mixing and matching
When ordering multiple items such as coffee and coffee brewing equipment and/or equipment and parts in one order, the order is shipped separately from two different warehouses, in example a. the equipment is shipped from the warehouse closest to your zip code and coffee from Portland, OR; and in example b. the equipment again will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your zip code and the parts will come from the main warehouse depending on the manufacturer.
The equipment manufacturers policies range from 3 to 5 business days to process your order, this applies to only "in stock items".
Out of stock or non traditional stock items can take 20 to 30 days to process.
Part orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Coffee and tea orders please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
Cappuccino and Granita mixes between 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
For USPS priority mail please allow up to 2 full weeks for delivery.
For "expedited" orders - next day, second day and third day air orders-they are processed with in 24 hours.
To insure that your next day air order is processed for delivery next day-please have your order in to our office by 12p central time.
While most of the manufacturers do guarantee 24 hour shipment but they do not guarantee same day shipment.
