Product, Equipment and Parts

Here are a few helpful hints of information and the general guidelines to help you better understand the basic return policies on all purchases of equipment and parts. If you have any questions at all concerning these policies, please, do not hesitate to contact us either toll free 866-483-8870 or e-mail. We'll be glad to answer all your questions or concerns.

  1. Returns:
    When you purchase any piece of equipment from DC Coffee Products and it does not work properly (at any time within the manufacturers warranty period) the manufacturer will repair or replace the equipment without any additional charges to you according to the terms of their specific warranties.
  2. Damages and/or Shortages:
    Accidents and mistakes do happen, so please follow these helpful hints when your receive your purchase.
  • Please immediately inspect your shipment upon arrival. Accidents and mis-handling sometimes do occur in shipping. The company that delivers your package is responsible for your order while they are transporting it to you. If there is a problem report it to us immediately so we may take the proper actions to get your order to you satisfactorily.
  • If your order is shorted,report to us the specifics of the short , part numbers if possible, parts or items. We want you to be 110% satisfied with your ordering experience with us. We will get you the shorted items, and in many cases, within the next business day depending on the time of day you contact us.

Re-Stocking Fees:

These fees may apply to your order for home and commercial brewers and in many cases be as high as 30% or higher of your purchase depending on the manufacture of equipment or product purchased. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us regarding this policy.

When you purchase equipment and you later have a "change of heart" for whatever the reason, and only if the equipment is in the original purchase state (unused), you must contact us or call toll free 866-483-8870 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. The manufacturer may not accept direct returns without this number and YOU may not get proper credit for the return. If you do ship directly back to the manufacturer, for your protection, please ship pre-paid and have a tracking number for your records and proof of delivery. You will have 10 days from receipt of your equipment in which you may return for any part of a refund you may be entitled to. Please note: If food has come in contact with the machine and/or items purchased or if the item is USED, we will not refund any part of the PURCHASED PRICE or SHIPPING CHARGES. All returns are subject to shipping and handling costs for which the customer is responsible.
