Our rates are a following:
$25.00 per hour plus parts and shipping charges back to you.
Here is how it works:
Ship the brewer to us with a detailed description of the problems you are experiencing. We will examine the unit and contact you with an estimate of repairs. After you verbally authorize the estimate we will expect payment up front via credit card. After repairs are completed we will return your unit back to you with a detailed invoice itemizing parts and labor involved to complete the work involved. We are not responsible for damage to your unit in shipping to and from our shop. If you decline repairs you are responsible for 1 hour labor and the shipping charges for the return of your unit. If you decline to pay - you forfeit your unit and all rights to said unit. By shipping the unit in to us you hereby agree to the policies set forth. We repair on first come first serve basis. Time involved is dependent on complexity of unit and the number of units ahead of yours. Ship the unit to the address below, include all your contact information, name, address, phone number and problems with the unit. Please note, we are not responsible for freight damage. Please make sure it is securely packaged. |
