Do you drop ship?

- Yes. All the brewer manufacturers drop ship for us.

Do you do repairs?

- Yes. We repair Bunn, Bloomfield, Cecilware, Newco and Wilbur Curtis coffee brewers and coffee makers.

We will call you with an estimate. If approved by you we will ask for a credit card or check for the amount of the repairs and shipping costs back to you.

We charge $25.00 per hour plus parts and shipping costs back to you.

Do you work on the Bunn home coffee brewers?

No, we can not. In order for Bunn to keep their UL Listing you must contact them @ 1-800-352-2866 for repairs.

Do you sell parts?
|
Yes, we do. We can get parts for any of the manufacturers we carry.

Do you sell used equipment?
|
Yes, occassionally we do get in used pieces. We fully inspect and make all necessary repairs. We also carry "refurbished" and "like-new" equipment.

Do you sell gift baskets?

Yes, we have coffee and tea gift packs for any occassion.

How is your coffee packaged?

Our coffee is packaged a variety of ways depending on the style you
purchase.
- Foil pack. The coffee is prepacked is a foil pack in the
individual serving sizes like the .75oz filter pack or the 1.5oz
loose fill (brew filters needed)
- Baged. The large portions are packed in a vented type bag.

Where do you get your cappuccino
and granita mixes?

These come from a fine company near Chicago,IL, called Cappuccino
Americana.

What is meant by "refurbished"
equipment?
|
Refubished equipment is equipment that had been returned to the
manufacturer for warrantied or other issues, and completely torn
down and remanufactured.

What is "like new" equipment?
|
"Like-new" equipment is equipment that had in most cases been taken
to shows and demonstrated and can not be sold as new.
|

Do all manufacturers sell refurbished
and like new equipment?
|
No, only Bunn-O-Matic does this.

Why should I buy refurbished and
like new equipment?
|
Bunn puts the same warranty on these pieces as they do their new
pieces of equipment, and you can save significantly on the price of
a new machine.

|
A pour over is a brewer that does not require direct water feed.
These are used in remote areas or low volume areas like small
offices or retail shops.
